A Notice Regarding Privacy

At WAGNER ACCOUNTING LIMITED we are proud to be completely compliant with the Government of Canada's privacy legislation (PIPEDA) that came into effect on January 1, 2004. As Provincial legislation is enacted we will ensure our policy complies with those Acts as well.

All information collected is kept in a confidential and secure fashion. Documents are returned to our clients for safekeeping except the minimum that are required to be retained by us. All information, both electronic and hard copies, retained by us is kept in a secure manner until it is properly destroyed or returned to the client for destruction. Our clients are welcome to review a detailed copy of our Privacy Policy.
